Geneva updated the lists. The ISU cleared another 13 Russian figure skaters to compete as individual neutrals. With earlier approvals that is now 21 athletes — the first real pool since the international return.
Who is in the new wave
New names include Sofia Dzepka, Arseny Fedotov, Lev Lazarev, Polina Sazhina, Ivan Telnov and others. Earlier clearances covered Adeliia Petrosian, Alisa Dvoeglazova, Anna Frolova and pairs. The conditions stay the same: no anthem or flag, and no public support for the war since February 2022.
What it changes this season
The Grand Prix opens Oct 23–25 in Angers. Brackets get deeper for fans; federations get stricter on eligibility. Meanwhile the IBU still keeps its ban — one Olympic cluster, two policies. The next checkpoint is August assignments and test skates.
